Ingvar has been murdered by his envious brother, Åsmund. Stricken down in the pale moonlight, his soul trapped beneath a sheet of ice black as the starless sky. Only the light of the Arctic moon can shine bright enough to free his soul from this pit of torment as he is the light. His soul dispersed by moonlight, to light the fate of the world.
lyrics
The Arctic Moon, shining bright,
Stench of Death, fills the night,
My lifeless body, buried deep
In this Cryptic Frost.
Through the ice, my cold dead eyes,
Gaze towards the sky,
My soul immersed in sorrow,
My body tossed to a pit of despair.
My screams, the wind in the trees,
My tears, falling snow.
Becoming one with this world,
My journey must be told.
"The light of the moon shining deep within the ice,
Allowing my soul to slip free into the Night."
Betrayed by Affinity, for an apocryphal cause,
Demoted of meaning, this Kingdom is caught,
In the hands of impurity, this battle we've lost.
Deprived of life, stricken down by the blade of a kinsman,
My cursed soul trapped beneath the ice of shadow lake.
Литоургиiа réussit l'impensable : faire entrer le black metal dans l'église orthodoxe.
Indignant, Mother Nature speaks. If only humankind had listened! Now, bloody warpaint replaces funereal black. The time for mourning and mercy is past. Cast their bones into the fire!
On a brighter note, many's the time I’ve drifted off into blissful reverie, listening to the ethereal last track only to awaken reempowered, as in the wake of a ritual. Kingdoms Bathed in Golden Light resides in my pantheon of unforgettable music: a memento of magic in an existential chapter past. The Disillusioned One
