Halvard makes his way through the castle to Emma and warns her of Åsmund's plan to murder her. Halvard grabs Emma and her child whom is unknown to the rest of the kingdom and they make haste through a secret passage to the dungeons. The smoke from the castle set ablaze starts to fill the dungeon as Halvard and Emma near freedom through the sewers. Emma hands Halvard the child as to climb down from the sewer drain when her blood pours upon them. Åsmunds blade piercing from her chest, Halvard slips away into the night, the child safe in his arms to return to claim his kingdom.

Flames spread to the wings of the castle,
Pummeling smoke in the corridor starts to burn our lungs,
Escaping from Åsmund's attack, He lusts control of the Kingdom,
The flames still nipping our backs, charred bone and ash we'll become,
Great Haste should be made, this kingdom shall fade,

This kingdom shall reign through the reynolds in time of a cimmerian perdition, rising from the ash.
